iTroSys - SAP HR Webdynpro Developer

We are looking for a skilled SAP HR Webdynpro Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing and maintaining SAP HR applications using Webdynpro ABAP technology. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing, developing, and providing technical support to ensure SAP HR solutions meet business needs. Key Responsibilities : - Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs for SAP HR Webdynpro applications. - Design, develop, and deploy customized SAP HR applications using Webdynpro ABAP. - Modify and enhance existing SAP HR applications to align with changing business requirements. - Collaborate closely with end-users to understand system needs and provide timely solutions. - Perform unit testing and support integration testing for SAP HR modules. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HR Webdynpro applications in a timely manner. - Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and provide recommendations for system improvements. - Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP HR Webdynpro systems. Requirements : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : - 4-5 years of experience in SAP HR Webdynpro Development. - Proficiency in ABAP programming and Webdynpro for SAP HR applications. - In-depth knowledge of SAP HR modules including Payroll, Time Management, and Performance Management. - Strong understanding of SAP HR processes and best practices. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
