Roles & Responsibilities : Primary : - Responsible to execute and analysis test results. - Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect. - Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects. - Ensure timely and effective project completion according to the project plan. - Preparing Test Cases for module, integration and system testing. - Giving mandatory information of a defect to developers in order to fix it. - Coordinates with delivery and functional teams and implements ongoing quality improvement processes. Secondary : - Report work progress and any problems faced to the Technical Leader Software Testing. - Participating in preparing Test Plans Update test automation based on the updated test cases. - Participates in troubleshooting of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution. Eligibility : - KPI - Test Execution - Bugs and Fixes - Adherence to quality standards - Resource utilization effectiveness - Software test efficiency - Education Qualification : B.Tech Computer Science - Experience Work related experience : 3-6 years of experience in Software testing i.e., Manual. - Should be very good in OOPS concepts.
