MERN Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js

Job Description : We are seeking a seasoned MERN Stack Developer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, particularly skilled in low-code/no-code technologies. You will play a critical role in building and scaling web applications, working alongside a dynamic team to streamline development processes and deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities : Full-Stack Development : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using the MERN stack. - Lead the development of front-end interfaces using React.js and integrate with backend services. - Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth user experience. Low-Code/No-Code Integration : - Leverage low-code/no-code platforms to expedite feature development and improve workflows. - Integrate low-code/no-code solutions with existing applications, enhancing functionality while ensuring scalability and reliability. API Development and Integration : - Develop and document RESTful APIs, ensuring robust data flow between front-end and back-end systems. - Integrate third-party services and APIs to expand application functionality and improve performance. Database Management : - Design, implement, and manage MongoDB databases, focusing on data integrity, security, and performance optimization. - Create and maintain data models and schemas to support complex application requirements. Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to define and deliver product goals. - Conduct code reviews and offer mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative development environment. Testing and Debugging : - Write and maintain unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure the stability and reliability of applications. - Proactively debug and resolve technical issues, providing solutions promptly to minimize downtime. Continuous Improvement : - Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in MERN stack and low-code/no-code development. - Suggest and implement process improvements to boost productivity and elevate product quality. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development with a strong command of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Proven experience with low-code/no-code platforms (OutSystems, Mendix, or similar) and ability to integrate these solutions effectively. - Proficiency in API development, database design, and version control (Git). - Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
