We aim to make business processing effortless and this aim should be delivered in each and every direct or in-direct client interaction Title : Testing Engineer Reports to Project Manager and dotted line reporting to technical manager Job Overview : A automation testing engineer at mea plays a crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product. The individual will work closely with the development team and will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality. This position requires the individual to have the willingness to learn the technical expertise, and able to work in fast paced environment. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with tech team, project manager to understand the requirements and test plans. - Write and execute manual/automated test cases on react js and node js - Conduct manual/automated testing to validate the functionality, performance and security of web applications. - Execute automated test scripts and analyze the results to identify defects and ensure quality. - Perform regression testing to verify that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality. - Collaborate with tech team to debug and analyze reported issues. Create detailed bug reports. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Skills : - Ability to convey clearly and concisely to tech team. - Ability to adapt/learn technology and systems. - Keeping track of reported issues, and managing deadlines. - Flexible to adjust according to projects plans and internal strategies. Education : - BTech or bachelor's in computer science. - 3years of experience. - Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Ability to learn how to write effective test codes on React and Node. - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
