Java Architect - Cloud Native Platform

Job Description : We are looking for a talented Java Architect with a strong background in Microservices architecture, AWS, NoSQL databases, and CI/CD tools to join our SaaS/Cloud Native platform company. As a Java Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using Java, Microservices, and related technologies. You will work closely with our development teams, infrastructure engineers, and product managers to drive the architectural vision and ensure the successful delivery of our platform. Responsibilities : - Define the architecture and design of our SaaS/Cloud Native platform, leveraging Microservices and AWS services. - Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices and architectural patterns for building scalable, highly available, and performant Microservices-based applications. - Design and implement data models and integration patterns with NoSQL databases and other data storage technologies. - Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the platform by implementing appropriate security measures, monitoring tools, and scaling strategies. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in implementing architectural best practices and ensuring adherence to coding standards. - Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to define and implement the CI/CD pipeline, including automated testing, build, and deployment processes. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java, Microservices, AWS, NoSQL databases, and CI/CD tools, and evaluate their potential impact on our platform. - Conduct code reviews, perform performance optimizations, and troubleshoot complex technical issues as needed. - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the company. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Java Architect, with a focus on Microservices architecture and AWS. - Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks. - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Solid understanding of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB. - Proficiency in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS Code Pipeline. - Strong knowledge of cloud-native design principles, scalability, and performance optimization techniques. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
