Java Technical Architect - Spring Boot/Hibernate

We are looking for a Java Technical Architect to join our team of experienced software professionals. As a Java Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Java-based software systems, as well as leading a team of developers. Job Title : Java Technical Architect Job Type : Full-time Location : Bangalore Education : BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech/MCA/MS Responsibilities : - Work with business stakeholders, and other developers to understand the requirements of the software system and develop architectural solutions that meet those requirements. - Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Java-based software systems using industry best practices. - Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure that the development process follows established standards and guidelines. - Collaborate with other technical architects to ensure that the software system integrates with other systems in the enterprise architecture. - Perform code reviews to ensure that code is written according to established standards and best practices. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the software system. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommend changes to our technology stack as necessary. - Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring that the software system is scalable, maintainable, and meets performance requirements. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum of 11 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience as a technical architect. - Strong knowledge of Java-based technologies, including Spring, Hibernate, and Struts. - Experience with software design patterns, enterprise integration patterns, and micro-services architecture. - Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to lead a team of developers. - Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
