Commercial Solution Design Manager - SAP SD Module

Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into comprehensive SAP SD solutions. - Design and document detailed solution blueprints, including configuration specifications, data migration plans, and testing strategies. - Ensure alignment with S/4HANA best practices and industry standards. - Leverage expertise in Vistex to configure and integrate pricing, contract, and revenue management functionalities with SAP SD. - Define and implement complex pricing rules, contract terms, and revenue recognition rules. - Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Identify and resolve defects and performance issues to ensure a high-quality solution. - Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers. - Mentor and guide team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. - Document and share lessons learned to improve future projects. Required Skills and Experience : - Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within SAP SD. - In-depth knowledge of SAP SD core functionalities, including master data, sales order processing, delivery, billing, and pricing. - Proven experience with Vistex, particularly in the areas of SDM Pricing, SDM Contract, and SDM Revenue Management. - Strong understanding of S/4HANA and its impact on SAP SD processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills : - Experience in S/4HANA implementation projects. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. - Certification in SAP SD or Vistex (ref:hirist.tech)
