Job Description : ARCS Developer. offshore from india. Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ARCS development and implementation, with proven expertise in financial and data integration processes. This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining ARCS solutions to ensure data integrity, enhance financial reconciliations, and improve automation across the organization. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and Implement ARCS Solutions : Design and develop custom ARCS applications and modules, implement workflows, and configure reconciliations to meet organizational needs. - Data Integration and Mapping : Integrate ARCS with ERP, financial data sources, and other systems. - Establish data flows and mappings to ensure accurate data movement across platforms. - User Support and Training : Provide technical support for ARCS-related issues and inquiries. Train end-users on ARCS functionalities and best practices. - Process Automation : Identify opportunities for process automation within the reconciliation process and implement custom scripts or tools as needed. - Monitoring and Maintenance : Regularly monitor and troubleshoot ARCS solutions to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system performance. - Documentation and Compliance : Create and maintain technical documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience : - Proven experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) development and maintenance. - Hands-on experience in financial reconciliation processes. - Strong understanding of ERP integration and data migration. Skills : - Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and data transformation tools. - Knowledge of cloud architecture and SaaS implementation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Preferred Skills : - Certifications : Oracle ARCS certification or other Oracle Cloud certifications. - Experience with Other Oracle Cloud Services - Exposure to other Oracle EPM or Oracle Financials Cloud modules (ref:hirist.tech)
