Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Manual Testing

What You'll Do : - Design, create, and maintain test plans and strategies for new and existing projects - Identify gaps and anomalies in requirements, and provide meaningful feedback - Document and report issues, ensuring timely resolutions - Develop and execute automated End-to-End (E2E) test scenarios - Build and maintain testing frameworks for E2E and integration tests from scratch - Drive and implement automated testing strategies across multiple systems and platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, software developers, product managers, DevOps, and security, to ensure best testing practices are followed - Contribute to an Agile testing approach with a focus on continuous improvement What We Look For : - B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a related field - 5 years of QA experience, with 3 years hands-on experience in Python automation development - 2 years of manual web testing experience - Strong knowledge of Selenium framework - Familiarity with CI tools (Jenkins) and testing methodologies - Experience testing server-side and frontend for Linux-based web systems - Ability to review technical documentation and provide actionable feedback - Experience with writing Test Plans and managing testing activities - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and estimate testing tasks Bonus Points If You Have : - Experience with Agile development methodologies - Familiarity with bug management tracking tools - Knowledge of Dockers, AWS, Airflow, Sentry, OpenSearch - Scripting skills in a Linux environment (Bash, Shell) (ref:hirist.tech)
