Visier Analyst - Business Intelligence

This is a full-time position with D Square Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. Required Experience : 3 years. Location : Bangalore. The candidate who can join within 30 days. Work from office. Role Summary : As an analyst, you will play a critical role in managing back-end and front-end analytical tool Visier design and solutions. You will work closely with other team members to gather stakeholders' requirements, develop analytics solutions, and ensure data quality. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities : - Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions. - User data access and testing. - Document security changes for seamless auditing. - Develop and maintain reports, and dashboards using Visier's analytics tools. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data management. - Provide support for data-driven projects, including data integration and data validation. - Preparing ad-hoc analysis and communicating findings back to stakeholders through presentations and reports. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Data & Analytics or similar) and/or Relevant certifications. - Proven relevant experience (3 years) in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting or a related role. - Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Preferred Qualifications : - Hands on experience with Visier software. - Experience with people analytics and human resources data. - Knowledge of people data analytics (In-house OR SaaS tools) is plus. - Hands on experience in HR analytics and reporting platforms is plus.
