Software Test Engineer - Mobile Testing

Job Summary : We're seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to lead our testing team in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, test automation, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities : - Building automation scripts/frameworks from scratch for iOS/iPadOS/visionOS apps. - Responsible for all automation and performance testing activities planning, script design, test script generation/maintenance, performance test execution, report generation, results analysis, defect generation. - Adhere to Agile software development lifecycle. - Participate in peer reviews of Test Engineers' Test designs and be self-directed in test case design, execution, results analysis, and defect reporting. - Develop and execute maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases. - Report issues through a formal bug tracking system and work with the engineering team to help isolate, debug, and resolve issues/bugs. Business Responsibilities : - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the market, customer dynamics and competitive offerings. - Learn and apply your strong understanding of clinical procedures to enhance product development. - People who can interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, senior management, and their teams. Qualifications : - 6 years of iOS mobile testing work experience. - 4 years of experience developing automation scripts from scratch for iOS mobile apps. - Knowledge of DevSecOps, web and cloud(azure) automation. Technical Skills : - Experience with object-oriented programming languages (Swift, Objective-C). - Experience with Mobile testing framework XCUITest, XCTest, Appium, Espresso - Experience with testing and automating API's with Postman. - Experience with at least one scripting language - Python, VBScript, Pearl, or Shell. - Sound understanding of iOS frameworks and modes - background and foreground modes and complex test scenarios such as memory management, low battery, call interrupts, etc. - Integration, stress, performance, and regression testing for mobile apps.
