Senior Salesforce Developer - LWC/Apex

Job Description : As a Salesforce Tech Lead With our client, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and driving our Salesforce projects to success. As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the Salesforce implementation and ensuring that the system meets the needs of our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and driving the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Key Responsibilities : - Technical Leadership : As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the project team, including developers, architects, and consultants. - Solution Design : You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. - Collaboration : You will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other technical leads to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. - Technical Expertise : You will be expected to stay current with the latest Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices. - Client Engagement : As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and present technical solutions. - Quality Assurance : You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the Salesforce implementation, including overseeing code reviews, conducting technical assessments, and implementing best practices for development and deployment.
