Backend Lead - Node.js/MySQL/MongoDB

Job Description : - Experience with RESTful API design, gRPC, Web Sockets - Strong understanding of the Client Server Architecture. - Hands-on Experience in development with Backend Language (GoLang, NodeJS, etc), Mongo DB, MySQL - Good Understanding and having worked on Sql and NoSql databases preferably MySQL and MongoDB. - Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, design patterns, source control management. - Architect, Develop, test, and deploy robust products that are fast, scalable, and highly responsive. - Ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced environment, and learn rapidly. - Strong creative problem-solving ability. - Experience with Python and CI/CD pipeline. - Having knowledge / worked on common AWS services. - Worked on a Linux based environment - Experience with version control tools such as GIT and its operations Push, Pull, Branching, Merging, conflict resolution. Desired Candidate Profile : - Strong portfolio and excellent attitude. - Should have good programming and logical skills. - Must be self-confident to work in a team and individually. - Candidates have held 2-3 years of Experience in MongoDB, NodeJS/GoLang, MySQL. - Have led a fast moving and experimentation/R&D oriented team in past - Understanding of Jira (ref:hirist.tech)
