Juego Studio - Graphic Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Juego Studio is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead and innovate in the design of our digital products, including web, mobile web, and social media graphics. This role demands a blend of creative vision and technical proficiency, ensuring compelling, user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities : - Design Leadership : Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile web that align with our brand's vision and user needs. - Tasks : Develop comprehensive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts effectively; oversee the creation of high-quality final designs. - Graphic Design Production : Create visually appealing graphics tailored for social media posts, banners, and promotional materials, maintaining brand consistency across all channels. - Tasks : Conceptualize and execute graphic designs that enhance digital marketing efforts and user engagement. - Collaboration and Strategy : Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate user experience strategies that align with business objectives. - Tasks : Participate in strategic discussions, provide expert design insights, and support the implementation of design best practices across the company. - User Research and Testing : Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions, ensuring optimal user satisfaction. - Tasks : Analyze user feedback and performance data to refine and optimize : Skills : - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other design software. - Strong ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into clear and engaging designs. - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system : - Extensive knowledge of graphic design, color theory, typography, and layout optimized for digital environments. - Proven experience in designing for web and mobile platforms, with a deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility : - At least 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects in web, mobile web, and digital advertising.
