Software Development Engineer - Backend Development

We're looking for talented women with 5 years of experience in backend development to join our free Train and Hire program. Wherein you'll receive free, hands-on training to refresh and upgrade your skills before deployment into full time roles at India's leading fintech enterprise If you're ready to return to work after a career break / those willing for upskilling and re-entry and dive back into the tech world Location : Bangalore Duration of Training : 6weeks at Bangalore Office Job Requirement : 5 years of experience in backend development. - Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (preferably GoLang, but open to Java, Node.js, Python, etc.). - Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and building scalable, microservices-based architectures. - Proficiency with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native architectures. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) for automating deployments. - Solid understanding of OOPs concepts and Design Patterns (e.g., Factory, Singleton, Observer, etc.). - Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with databases (both SQL and NoSQL).
