Job Title : Team Leader - Shopify Experience : 5 Years Location : Noida Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Job Overview : As a Team Leader - Shopify, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Shopify developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality web solutions. You will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive design, development, and deployment of Shopify-based projects. You will also provide strategic technical input and actively participate in development during critical project phases. Key Responsibilities : - Provide accurate project estimates and develop detailed technical specification documentation for new Shopify projects. - Collaborate with design, implementation, and project planning teams to ensure efficient project delivery. - Develop responsive, high-performance applications and ensure cross-browser compatibility of all product interfaces. - Review functional requirements, offering technical feedback on feasibility, architecture, and framework selection. - Coordinate with resources and teams to deliver performant Shopify-based solutions. - Act as a hands-on Shopify developer during urgent project phases or critical deadlines, ensuring timely delivery. - Lead and mentor the Shopify development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Key Skills and Qualifications : Shopify Expertise : - 5 years of experience in Shopify theme integration and customization, with proficiency in Shopify Liquid templating (including version 2.0). - Experience in developing custom and private Shopify apps, as well as customization of third-party apps. - Knowledge of Shopify headless development using Hydrogen is an advantage. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, and object-oriented programming principles. - Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Leadership : - Experience in leading a team of developers, providing guidance and direction. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders via instant messaging or phone.
