Movate - Appian Developer

Primary Skills (Must have) : Appian 24.x, Agile, MS SQL, Development Skills Secondary Skills (Good to have) : Any Frontend Technology, Any CI / CD related software Skillset / Job Description Responsibilities : - Develop, design, and implement end to end business process solutions using Appian. - Should be familiar with the most recent versions of Appian (24.x ) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US and India to gather requirements and ensure effective communication. - Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Develop and maintain data models, ensuring efficient database design. - Take ownership of projects and deliver solutions with minimal supervision. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field - Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in complex Appian projects - Strong familiarity with Appian interfaces, process models, rules, integrations, tasks (experience with Database backed tasks is preferred) etc. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies - Proficiency in data modeling and database design - Solid understanding of MS SQL Server - Effective communication skills - Ability to work effectively with teams in different geographical locations. Preferred Skills : - Appian certification is a plus. - Strong experience with MS SQL Server to implement and optimize database solutions. - Experience with other modern development technologies, frameworks and CI / CD is a plus (react, python, node JS etc.) - Previous experience in onshore / offshore development teams (ref:hirist.tech)
