Lead Full Stack Engineer - Spring/Microservices Architecture

Job Description : - Provide technical leadership for full-stack development projects, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and best practices. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development. - Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions. - Develop robust and scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and GCP. - Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code that adheres to coding standards and best practices. - Contribute to the design and implementation of APIs and integrations with other systems. - Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing feedback. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation. - Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting quality and performance expectations. - Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring project success. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development. - Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and quality. Required Skills and Experience : Technical Skills : - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and GCP. - Experience with microservices architecture and API development. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Leadership and mentoring skills. - Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Additional Qualifications (Preferred) : - Experience with Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask). - Knowledge of data engineering and data science concepts. - Experience with serverless computing and cloud-native development. - Certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Contributions to open-source projects.
