Senior Python Developer - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

The Role : We're seeking a Senior Python Developer to join their founding team in India. You'll play a crucial role in developing innovative platform, working alongside world-class behavioral scientists, AI engineers, and cybersecurity experts. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain complex Python-based systems for AI-enabled security platform. - Build and optimize data pipelines to process large volumes of security-related information. - Implement NLP techniques to analyze and interpret human behavior patterns in cybersecurity contexts. - Develop and maintain AI/ML pipelines for threat detection and prevention. - Ensure robust data protection measures are integrated into all aspects of platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team. Requirements : - 5 years of experience in Python development, with a focus on building large-scale applications. - Strong expertise in NLP, data pipelines, and AI/ML pipeline development. - Experience with data protection techniques and best practices in a security context. - Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and challenges. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
