The team Technical Support, Operation and Pilots , within the Customer Success Unit of Gridspertise, is looking for a Project Manager Technical Support. Join us and be part of the team that’s revolutionizing smart grids What you will do: As a Project Manager Technical Support you will be responsible for all activities related to: Lead and manage multiple projects across the Technical Support and Operations unit, from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are executed on schedule; To be the first interface to handle all the internal needs; Develop and implement structured processes for managing daily technical support operations; Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams. Who you are: Master’s degree in Engineering preferably: Electric, Electronic or Telecommunication, with: 3 years of experience as project manager within technical areas; Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Knowledge of project management tools; Knowledge of MS Office tool; Good knowledge of English. It would be considered a plus: In-depth knowledge of energy distribution systems, smart metering solutions, or digital grid technologies is highly desirable; Any other foreign language, especially Spanish. The scope and the perimeter of the unit requires the availability to travel.
