The Macquarie Capital Advisory team provides advisory and financing services focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt advisory to a global client base. You will work with the senior team to source and execute mandates across a variety of sectors, assisting them in all aspects of the transactions. You will support the identification of opportunities, prepare pitch books for marketing and documents for execution purposes, with a particular focus on the financial and valuation analysis. You will also have the opportunity to participate in client meetings and industry conferences and work alongside colleagues in other jurisdictions. What you offer A minimum of 1-2 years of investment banking experience (either from an Investment Bank, Advisory practice or top-4 accounting). Skilled in financial modelling. Thorough grasp of financial concepts and valuation. An excellent academic record. You must be an excellent communicator in both written and spoken English and fluent in Italian.
