Financial Controller - Pioltello (Mi)

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and identifying areas for improvement. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks. Cost Accounting: Oversee cost accounting processes, including product costing, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and local tax regulations. Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., operations, sales) to provide financial insights and support business decisions. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IFRS, Italian GAAP, and advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
