Profession (Job Category) : Engineering & Science Job Schedule : Full time Remote : No Job Description : For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi, we are looking for a Production Development Specialist, who will focus on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods. Your responsibilities : Design arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure the most efficient and productive layout; Design the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions; Conduct tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems; Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques; Ensure that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations; Implement, analyze, and develop methods and technology for the next step of smart manufacturing; Work closely with production management to develop and maintain our production lines in world class. Drive the implementation of smart technology. Lead the next step of digitalization and automation of our manufacturing process. Minimum Requirements: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering; More than 1 year of experience; Good knowledge of Italian and English language (B2-C1); Knowledge of 3D modelling tools is a plus; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
