Guides actions to achieve continuous improvement goals in production units. Support the factory manager by driving continuous improvement and ensuring excellence in product quality and plant conditions. Supervise daily tasks encompassing production scheduling, quality control checks, and inventory management, ensuring the team's timely completion of assigned responsibilities and addressing any impediments to progress. Co-ordination of the dried fruit packaging process with cross-functional teams. Assure the maintenance of high order and cleanliness in operational areas, implementing practices for a safe, organized, and efficient working environment. Streamlining and optimizing production, supply chain, and distribution processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity, while identifying areas for improvements and implementing changes through a culture and methodology of continuous improvement. Working closely with the quality team by ensuring that products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements, and establishing a process for an elaborated follow-up of quality inputs, ensuring a solution. Participating in internal and external dialogues/audits for customer, supplier, product and/or stakeholder. Track KPIs related to production. This involves analyzing results, identifying areas for improvement, reporting, and presenting recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. Requisiti: Degree or Master (Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related); 4 years experience; Leadership; Lean Production, Greenbelt, Agile Methodology; SAP, Power BI; English C1; J-18808-Ljbffr
