We are driven by the following values: respect, determination, legacy, engagement, and sustainability. We are looking for a skilled Management Reporting Manager to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and consolidating economic-financial reports for internal use by Finance and Administration, Top Management, and external stakeholders such as the IOC and Board Members. This role is crucial in providing accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain periodic management reporting processes, including Actuals and Budget (BDGT) variance analysis provided by Function Controllers. Consolidate economic forecasts from Function Planners into a comprehensive budget template. Prepare a full set of financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet, for executive management reporting in coordination with the Administration and Treasury teams. Proven experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and variance analysis. Strong skills in financial forecasting and budgeting. Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet). Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to top management and external stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, including Function Controllers, Planners, Administration, and Treasury. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
