Controls Engineer - Automotive field

Activities: Creation of requirement analyzes and definition of software requirements for automatic passenger car transmissions; Planning and preparation of software release deliveries; Participation in the creation of functional concepts and cooperation in the design of software functions (interfaces, diagnostics, testers); Commissioning and calibration of sub-systems and functions in the entire vehicle and in the laboratory; Planning and implementation of manual and automated test cases on the system- and overall vehicle level as well as corresponding test documentation; Participation in test drives; Documentation of configuration, updating of prototypes and test vehicles (hardware, software); Problem management (troubleshooting, updating error databases); Requirements: Degree in Electronics / physical engineering / automotive engineering or comparable professional education; Good knowledge of transmission and automotive engineering; Knowledge of MS Office, INCA, MDA, CanApe, Vector tools, IBM DOORS, Jira; Knowledge of communication protocols in automotive sector (UDS, OBD, CAN); Knowledge of English language; Knowledge of German language is a plus; High communication skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel; Valid driving license for passenger cars / commercial cars; Knowledge of ASPICE; Bertrandt guarantees (in accordance with Legislative Decree 198/2006, Legislative Decree 215/2003 and Legislative Decree 216/2003) equal access to employment for all candidates and are committed to fostering respect for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
