Project Manager - Permitting

Project Manager - Permitting International company working in the Renewable Energy Sector is looking for a Project Manager. Description The Project Manager is responsible for a portfolio of renewable PV & BESS projects to bring them to RtB. Main Activities: Provide support in the origination phase; Management of assigned pipeline of Renewable, agri-PV & BESS Projects; Detect, analyse and mitigate risks of the projects; Management of the permitting until reaching RtB status; Maintain and consolidate existing relationships with co-developers, administration, suppliers, investors, and stakeholders involved in the project; Project planning, budget definition, and monitoring; Preparation of internal reports and reports for clients; Management of Renewable Energy projects, focused on future tenders, in all variants of project management; Manage relationships with the Administration, suppliers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders; Provide support to the environment, business, and land departments in their tasks; Coordination of the technical studies required to comply with the different authorisations to build. Search for possible local alliances to support development; Support to the company's departments dedicated to Storage and Renewable Gases. Profile The ideal Project Manager: Has a minimum experience of 3 or 4 years as Permitting Project Manager; Is used to interacting with MASE, Regioni, comuni, and Terna. Having authorised projects - AU and/or PAUR and PAS is a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
