Commodities: Application Support (Openlink Endur &SQL)

THE COMPANY

Poised with solid growth plans, the company is expanding their foothold in the market. Currently, the company seeks for an Application Support to be part of their IT team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide IT support for all CTRM system, system interfaces, Trading and risk modules/applications or in-house developed systems
• Deep dive into analysis of problems
• Resolves issues faced
• Report on current issues and inform/escalate problems
• Participate in other IT projects
• Work closely with other business and internal/external stakeholders e.g. IT vendor/IT team etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in IT/Information Security/Computer Science or any other relevant education
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling CTRM applications (Openlink ENDUR CTRM is preferred) and supporting entire trade life cycle
• Knowledge in Endur OpenJVS programming, SQL and other programming languages e.g. .Net/JAVA/Python
• Independent, highly analytical, proactive and has good communication and interpersonal skills
