SAP Test Manager

Salt is currently hiring for a Test Manager, with experience in SAP.

The role is a 12 month contract, with onsite work in Dusseldorf 3 times a week. Candidates can be anywhere in Europe, however needs to be onsite in Dusseldorf.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO to join our team in Düsseldorf. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test structuring, end-to-end testing, and test automation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for SAP S/4HANA FICO, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Structure and manage test phases, including end-to-end testing and drive testing efforts to validate business processes.

Oversee test automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to gather requirements and define testing scope.

Design and execute test cases, document results, and track defects through resolution.

Provide leadership and mentoring to the testing team, promoting best practices in test methodologies.

Analyze test results and generate reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes, tools, and frameworks to optimize performance.
