Job Description:

• According to the test application, develop a feasible test plan, analyze the test requirements, and determine the test content;
• Finish the search for the test vehicle according to the product requirements, assist the R & D personnel on business trips to find the designated test vehicle, and ensure that the R & D test can be carried out according to the plan;
• Complete the comprehensive functional testing of the product, find problems with the product and software, and urge the R & D team to modify and verify the problems and feedback test results
• Communicate with R & D departments at all stages of testing to ensure the correctness and completeness of test inputs and outputs;
• It is necessary to establish long-term and effective testing resources for 4S shops or repair shops, maintain good relationships, achieve long-term cooperative relationships, proactively expand testing resources, ensure and meet the resources required for testing; ensure that all project applications have testing resource points and provide testing environment;

What You’ll Need:

• College degree or above in automotive-related majors;
• Have good learning ability, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems
• Have experience in new energy maintenance or automobile maintenance, understand automobile principles and vehicle failure analysis;
• Master the use of automotive inspection equipment and have rich experience in diagnostic equipment and system inspection;
• Proficient in using work software, holding a B1 driver's license, familiar with roads in the European region and surrounding cities;
• Have a strong sense of quality and service, strong communication skills, good execution, and the ability to withstand strong work pressure.

工作职责：

• 根据测试申请，制定可行性的实测计划，并分析测试需求、确定测试内容；
• 根据产品需求完成测试车辆的寻找，协助出差的研发人员寻找到指定的测试车辆，保障研发测试能够按计划开展；
• 完成产品的全面功能实测测试，发现产品及软件存在的问题，督促配合研发团队修改并验证问题和反馈测试结果
• 在测试各环节与研发等部门沟通，保证测试输入和输出的正确性和完备性；
• 需建立长期有效的4S店或维修店测试资源，并维护良好关系，达成长期合作的关系，主动拓展测试资源，保障和满足测试所需的资源；达到项目所有申请均有测试资源点，并提供测试环境；

任职要求：

• 汽车类相关专业大专以上学历；
• 具备良好的学习能力，有较强的沟通和协调能力，以及分析解决问题的能力
• 有新能源维修或汽车维修经验，懂汽车原理和车辆故障分析；
• 掌握汽车的检测设备使用，对诊断设备、系统检测有丰富的经验；
• 熟练使用办公软件，持有 B1 驾驶证，熟悉欧洲区域及周边城市道路；
• 有很强的质量和服务意识，沟通能力强，执行力好，能够承受较强的工作压力。
