Materials And Process Engineer

I am currently partnered with a manufacturer of the world's most advanced aircraft, designed for versatile operations across both water and air. Their aircraft are engineered for efficiency, sustainability, and performance, making them ideal for passenger transport, cargo delivery, and emergency response.

Role: M&P Engineer - CVE

Contractor

Tasks:

• Develop manufacturing instructions and material specifications.
• Create laboratory and qualification material testing plans.
• Analyze and evaluate test results.
• Prepare essential technical documentation, including test reports and memorandums.
• Conduct in-house material tests and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) analysis.
• Assist production staff during manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Oversee the manufacturing of test coupons.
• Provide support to the stress and production departments on composite materials topics.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in composite manufacturing (experience with glass or carbon fiber wet lamination is a plus).
• Familiarity with metallic materials and surface protection is advantageous.
• Energetic, goal-oriented personality.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience in the Materials & Processes field.

Role is on-site, Germany.

Full time - AUG contract & Immediate start if possible
