Automation Engineer

Overview

Operations in 10 countries, our client is recognized in the manufacturing industry. A proactive and engaging Engineer who gets involved with the company culture, positive work environment and work-life balance opportunity. Project offers option of working in hybrid mode. 6-12 months contract, with option of extension.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implementing of control- and automation solutions with Beckhoff (TwinCat) PLC
• Programming, configuration and commissioning of process control systems
• Support in creation of functional specifications, HMI designs and test protocols
• Support in troubleshooting, maintenance and optimization of Beckhoff systems

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience programming with Beckhoff PLC
• Machine control systems programming in production line or machines
• Experience in the configuration of process control systems, HMI design and visualization
• EU working rights

Desirable

• Also experienced in the process industry, particularly in the manufacturing industry
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
• German language skills (plus)
