Manager, Business Development for Automotive

Key Job Accountabilities:

Research the current state of the industry and regularly participate in industry summits and join industry information sharing organizations;

Regularly update reports on the current state of the industry to provide relevant information for decision-making by the BU General Manager;

Develop the group's automotive product development strategy, cooperating with related R&D teams and factories to promote the mass production of strategic products;

Collaborate with the business development team and sales to quote for strategic projects and strategic customers.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above, with an engineering background in communications engineering or microelectronics;

8 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry market;

Familiar with semiconductor packaging and testing technology; possesses good communication skills.
