X Paul Riebeck Foundation in Halle an der Saale Halle (Saale) Application Manager (m/f/d) - in the IT department For the IT department of the Paul-Riebeck-Stiftung zu Halle an der Saale, we are looking for an Application Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. This is a permanent position with a weekly working time of 39 hours (full-time). The Paul-Riebeck-Stiftung zu Halle an der Saale is a non-profit foundation that has been active in Halle for 130 years. With our services, we support and accompany people in Halle an der Saale who need support due to their age or disability. Your job profile: As an application administrator: Supporting employees in all topics relating to documentation, planning and billing with the industry software CONNEXT Vivendi, DocuWare and JomoSoft. Making adjustments to the systems used in the team: interface between employees and software providers, setting up new user authorizations, exchange and support within the IT department Project work: optimization and further development of IT projects, further development of processes and existing procedures What you bring with you: Professional training: completed training/studies in the field of nursing or IT, as well as at least two years of professional experience, alternatively a lateral entry with corresponding many years of experience in working with Vivendi and/or Docuware is possible Skills: Knowledge in the use and support of CONNEXT Vivendi, DocuWare, JomoSoft or similar software solutions, as well as Windows operating systems incl.
