Job Description:

• Collaborating with the HQ team to integrate the implementation of warehouse quality management requirements, processes, standards in the European region;
• Managing the tripartite warehouse quality operations, ensuring that regional quality goals are met by implementing the necessary measures. Regularly producing monthly reports, and consistently driving improvements in quality-related issues;
• Regularly conducting quality process audits, identifying deficiencies in repackaging process management, and organizing relevant department to improve;
• Responsible for the incoming materials quality problems in the warehouse, and organize relevant departments to promote the problems solve and defective products treatment;
• Based on the HQ QMS requirement, regular training to third-party employees;
• Leading production release, internal audit, outputting the audit results and organizing relevant department to improve;
• Collecting/Registering/following up quality issues and defective products during repacking process; Isolating and organizing relevant departments to handle defective products;
• Acting customer interface for customer complaint cause by CATL quality issue;
• Responsible for quality report to HQ to improve warehouse quality.

Requirement:

• Familiar with TS16949 quality system, VDA6.3 relevant quality standards;
• Familiar with process quality management and quality improvement tools (QC 7 tools、8D、FMEA、MSA、6Sigma);
• Strong logical thinking ability and execution ability；Motivation and flexibility are required;
• At least 3 years of working experience in the automotive industry, familiar with process quality management and QMS；
• Several years working experience in the team management;
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
