Senior Property Associate

We are working with a leading international law firm based in Manchester, Belfast, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Birmingham, Edinburgh, or Leeds for a Senior Property Associate to join their Energy team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an esteemed energy team, offering market-leading advice to a range of energy technology clients including landowners, investors, funders, and developers.

Projects are quite varied, ranging from EV charging stations to wind farms, working on a range of transactions including solar, hydrogen, wind, carbon capture and more. The role will also allow for wider participation with our client’s global offices.

Essential Criteria:

• 8+ years’ PQE;
• Experience in property with energy transactions;
• Strong academic background;
• Technically excellent;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Strong commercial awareness.
