Corporate Junior Partner | Elite Boutique

Representing a newly founded elite corporate boutique practice, specialising in M&A/PE work, alongside Impact/ESG and Special Situation Investments.

The firm is headed by a charismatic partner who has been shortlisted for the 2024 Business Law Awards for EMEA and brings over 15 years of experience from leading global law firms; including an elite US, a top-tier international and a technology sector focus firm. The firm also has associate and consultant support, but looking for a Junior Partner (8PQE+) to join the team and assist with the workflow.

You will collaborate with the Managing Partner on a select number of high-quality, high-value deals, providing advice to prominent funds, family offices, high-profile corporations and HNW individuals on both domestic and international investments and acquisitions, particularly in England, Africa and Hong Kong.

You will be fed some work, but need to have appetite to build your own practice, an entrepreneurial spirit and some existing client contacts or small book of business. This role offers complete flexibility in this market, allowing you to work wherever and ensuring work life balance, while also offering a competitive compensation package.

Due to the high-profile work involved, you would need to have experience at a top70 law firm in London within their corporate practice and demonstrate a commercial and business acumen.
