Overview: I am partnered with a Personal Care brand who are rapidly growing and making their mark in the Wellness & Health space. Doubling their revenue this summer, the opportunities this brand are working on are insane! Their key focus is all around sustainability, organic & natural substances to make their products stand out.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's business goals, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure optimal sourcing of high-quality ingredients.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overproduction, utilizing forecasting tools and analysis to predict demand accurately.
• Streamline operations through robust processes and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to support new product development and launch initiatives, ensuring alignment between supply chain capabilities and market needs.
• Utilize supply chain analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports for senior management.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions, ensuring business continuity.

You are:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in wellness or consumer goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
