What You’ll Do

As a Residential Building Surveyor with us, you’ll handle diverse and fulfilling projects:

- Conduct Snagging Inspections, and Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys across various property types.

- Opportunity to explore new specialisms, including Party Wall Services, Dilapidations, Schedules of Conditions, Measured Surveys, and more.

- Perform up to 5 surveys per week, ensuring a focus on quality and in-depth client satisfaction.

The Right Fit

We’re looking for someone who is **AssocRICS or MRICS-qualified (or close to qualification)** with a passion for quality, integrity, and growth. VRS is a plus, but not required. Your enthusiasm and professional experience will be valued and nurtured, and you’ll play an integral role in the future of Honeywell Survey & Design Ltd.

Location and Coverage

Based in Barnsley, we have easy access to major towns and cities in Yorkshire, the North, and Midlands. With positions available in both Manchester/Liverpool and Barnsley/Wakefield/Leeds, you’ll primarily work in your region but may occasionally be asked to support nearby areas.
