Financial Director

A fantastic opportunity to join a leading South East based residential developer as Finance Director for Estates.

You will be responsible for overseeing the strategy for all new build residential estates management. This includes new developments and legacy projects.

You will work with other divisions to provide estate management strategy for new developments, disposal strategy, strategic selection and management of managing agents, service charge budget approach, legal and contract and consistent reporting.

You will develop guidance on the Building Safety Act for estate management.

You will have significant liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a senior role within the organisation, reporting to the Managing Director.

You will have extensive residential management experience, either from a developer or managing agent.
