Employment Solicitor

We are seeking an Employment Associate (2-5 years’ PQE) to join a leading international law firm’s well regarded Employment practice in Leeds.

This team handles a variety of employment matters, from local issues to cross-border cases, providing innovative solutions to complex legal challenges. You’ll be part of a collaborative and growing practice that continues to expand in exciting areas, including tech.

The Role:

We are looking for an Associate (2-5 years’ PQE) to work on a diverse range of employment law matters. You’ll be responsible for:

• Drafting employment policies and procedures
• Advising on disciplinary and grievance matters
• Managing restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers
• Handling changes to terms and conditions
• Collaborating on complex, high-profile projects with both local and international clients

Key Qualifications required:

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 2-5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
• Strong matter management skills and the ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and client service skills, with a passion for resolving challenging legal issues in a team-based environment
