Job Description

Nixor are currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator / Analyst with Launch/NPI experience to join a major Tier 1 Supplier as they embark on one of the biggest Programs of work in the UK. The role they require to fill will work across multiple departments, helping resolve issues and removing bottlenecks.

As the program is near the start of the process they are keen to bring people in who have a desire to “rip up the rule book”. As there is almost a blank canvass, they are looking for Supply Chain Co-Coordinators with Launch experience, who want to use the massive space they have as a “blank canvass”, and really put their stamp own stamp on it.

Coupled with the amazing timing of the opportunity, is also the fact the team is still quite small, but is growing quickly. This therefore presents a great opportunity to come in toward the start of the journey and progress quickly up the career ladder.

What they need:

  1. Launch experience
  2. Have worked in a busy Manufacturing environment
  3. Experience of Lean Processes
  4. PFEP (Plan for every part)
  5. Knowledge of Value stream mapping, Flow Value Mapping or Material and Information Flow Analysis (MIFA)

What you’ll get in return

  1. Ability to implement your own ideas on a blank canvass program
  2. Access to one of the UK’s largest & most ground breaking programs
  3. Superb career progression opportunities (they promoted 36 people in this dept last year)
  4. Ability to decide which direction you want to head in career wise.

The role is paying Circa £47,000 per annum and is based in Solihull and is 5 days a week onsite
