Are you a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager with a passion for delivering excellence and leading high-impact projects? We're looking for a customer-focused professional to drive seamless project execution from concept to completion, ensuring milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded. This role will be the heartbeat of our projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and quality with precision and purpose.

What You’ll Do

• Own Every Project Phase: Engage from pre-sale to post-commissioning, delivering high-value outcomes.
• Be the Communication Bridge: Collaborate across departments—Sales, Engineering, Operations, and R&D—to align on goals and keep the customer informed at every step.
• Define & Deliver: Create SOWs, Gantt charts, and project plans that set the course for success, handling both SW/HW deliverables.
• Coordinate & Oversee: Manage third-party contractors, installations, and testing while tracking project KPIs to guarantee satisfaction.
• Problem-Solve & Support: Address challenges, create mitigation plans, and ensure that project milestones stay on target.

What You Bring

• 3+ Years of PM Excellence: Proven success managing cross-functional, technical projects.
• Industry experience: You have worked in construction, facility management, real estate or anything relevant
• People Skills: A “people person” with a knack for technical problem-solving.
• Process-Driven: Solid experience in project management methods, timeline/resource planning, and operational processes.
• Customer Champion: High accountability for client satisfaction, with top-notch communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications: BSc in Industrial, Water, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. Excellent English, both written and spoken, is required.
