Finance Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing organisation that values insight-driven decision-making and operational excellence. As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business leaders to deliver sustainable profitable growth. You will provide financial insight, analysis, and business partnering to help drive key operational and strategic decisions. This position will see you leading the creation and review of internal management information, supported by a team.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary- £60,000 - £70,000
• Discretionary Bonus
• 28 Days Paid Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial insight and challenge to service line leadership
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for business improvement
• Contribute to operational performance through commercial thinking
• Lead the annual budgeting process and track progress toward forecasts
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Be a role model and help develop junior staff within the finance team

What We’re Looking For:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance evaluation
• Proven business partnering experience in a professional services or consultancy environment
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel
• A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to drive change
