Are you detail-oriented with a passion for finance and client service? We’re looking for a motivated Financial Advisory Administrator to support our team in delivering exceptional financial advice to our clients!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring seamless operations
- Prepare and maintain client files, documents, and reports
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups
- Manage client communications, ensuring timely responses and excellent service
- Help maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in financial services or administrative roles is advantageous
