Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst within the IM&T architecture team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the clinical and administrative functions of the organization.

Reporting to the Business Engagement Lead, you will collaborate with the enterprise architecture and Portfolio Management Office (PMO) functions within IM&T to ensure the successful scoping and delivery of all IM&T projects across the seven key workstreams currently underway.

Ideally, you will possess a broad understanding of and interest in healthcare policies and procedures, clinical terminology, and the latest trends in digital healthcare.

Main Duties of the Job:

In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple projects at various stages of delivery. You will capture both functional and non-functional requirements in a structured manner to facilitate their translation into effective solution designs, working closely within the enterprise architecture framework.

You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders, gaining insight into their needs and processes to assist them in effectively interacting with the IT function. This may involve helping to develop and submit viable specifications/project briefs, business cases, or other service requests as needed.
