This is realistically the only role currently in the market with a highly-ranked international practice (both L500 and Chambers), that offers genuine prospects for partnership.

You will be joining a full-service employment department well-stacked on junior and mid-level support, offering breath of domestic and cross-border work across advisory, transactional and contentious matters with almost an equal split (unless requested otherwise). You will have the opportunity to work on interesting matters advising tech clients from the US looking to invest in the UK, AI employment matters and also a sector focus on financial services, transportation and energy.

Every member of the team is encouraged to build direct relationships with clients from a variety of sectors and this will allow you to build your own book and leveraging from an existing client base. This is a growth hire providing route to partnership, as there is no one else at a more senior position and there are no plans on bringing in anyone above this role.

Balanced pay and hours, with 2-3 days in the office and a collegiate & international culture.
