Do you live within a commutable distance of Manchester?

Are you looking for a progressive International company that works within the exciting global sports industry?

Do you have Sales experience within the American marketplace? (prefered but not essential)

If so, our client is keen to hear from you!

This varied and new business focused sales role will involve working on specified projects for external clients across North America, including those in the National Basketball, American Football, Soccer and Hockey leagues. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project by prospecting your own data, following up on targeted lead generation by the business and making your own appointments.

You will be conducting Teams presentations to key decision makers with the aim of closing and developing key partnerships with regional businesses to become 'Associate Partners' with a variety of high profile and elite sports teams.

As a key part of the US team you will be working:

14:00 - 22:00 - Monday - Thursday

and

12:00 - 19:00 - Fridays

Typically working 2 days per week remotely - an in-depth induction will be provided which is office-based.

More Detail:

Generating new business by selling and explaining the benefits of becoming an Associate Partner with our associated sports clubs.
Operating in a B2B sales position on behalf of certain clubs throughout North America.
Following a structured sales process, ensuring that business standards and best practices are always adhered to.
Operating within a 360 sales position, generating your own appointments and closing new business with c-suite and director level decision makers via Teams / Zoom with a view to completing sales within a short sales window.
Arranging video conferencing meetings via Teams and/or Zoom with a view to completing sales with a fast turnaround time.
Selling the portfolio of Community Partnerships and products to new customers.
Becoming an expert within the sports industry and community-driven sports partnerships.The Person:

Proven, direct, successful, B2B selling experience, within the American marketplace.
Experience of working within Media, SaaS or Marketing sales sectors will be beneficial
The ability to sell over the phone, via video conference, and via face-to-face meetings with c-suite and director level decision makers.
The desire to progress within the sales team, aspiring to become a successful and established individual
The desire to listen, learn and embrace the company process and best practice methods.
Ability to commute to Manchester - within 30-40 minutes
PACKAGE:

Basic salary £30,000 - £35,000+ with a realistic OTE of £65,000+
