Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office based

Description

The role of HR Manager will work closely with the MD and take responsibility for the full people life-cycle alongside supporting to develop and embed the HR strategy.

This will include but not limited to:

Full management of the HR function and a small team
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the company's objectives.
Manage the recruitment and selection process (Experienced hires and apprentice)
Continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
Take overall responsibility for the T&A and payroll systems
Maintain all HR record, data and reports
Provide high quality advice and guidance on all HR matters to a range of stakeholders
Work with department heads to assess training needs
Oversee the performance appraisal system
Review and maintain employee benefitsProfile

Ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR position.

You will be comfortable with a mix of both strategic and operational HR duties.
