An ideal step for someone with good exposure to industrial manufacturing environments.
This isn't your regular "fix it and move on" type of role. You'll be consistently challenged to improve processes and bring something to the table!
You'll be trusted to crack on with your work (no micromanagement here!) but rest assured there's always someone to help out as and when you need.
